Nick was wonderful from a customer service perspective and a great guy to work with. Was able to get my tires replaced with no issues and for a seemingly good price. Thanks Nick!! They are short staffed unfortunately so it took longer than expected but had no qualms with it!

I had a flat tire 5/15. They suggested I purchased two to balance the tires. I did. On 5/28 after 160 miles on the tire, a bubble appeared on the side of the tire. I had not driven the car in 5 days (I work from home). They did not offer me their hazard coverage that is only $14.99. Since I’m already spending $300 on tires, what’s an extra $14.99? I would have purchased if it were offered. They are now saying that the tire that was less than 2 weeks old has no manufacturer warranty and since I did not purchase their hazard coverage that I have to buy a new replacement tire for a tire I did not even technically need. To say I’m dissatisfied is an understatement. Especially since I contacted the manufacturer and they said they do in fact have a manufacturer warranty on their tires and I can go to another of their tire dealers and get the tire replaced for a prorated rate. Avoid this place unless you would like to scammed.

After getting my car back from the location in Greenville, my clutch randomly exploded and I chose to visit Nick and JD on wakefield commons and they were both quick to help me get my warranty work completed on my 2012 Mustang GT. They were very informative of the status of my vehicle and returned it to me with the problems fixed and in a timely manner. Thanks guys, I appreciate your hard work and honesty throughout the process!

Nick and his crew make this place great. I have been servicing my Tundra there for years. Though it is a Toyota and known for its durability the most impressive part of dealing with Nick is that despite that it has been in so many times for routine preventive maintenance, not once has he ever told me that something else was wrong with it. May sound odd, but my experience with mechanics is that they generally always find something that needs money to be spent on. When they find nothing time after time? Shows me some integrity and honesty. Rare find in the industry. Sitting in the waiting area and witnessing this same professionalism universally applied towards everyone that walks through the door just further validates why I think this crew is so awesome. 2 thumbs up Nick, JD, and the rest of you there in Wake Forest!

This place was a lifesaver. I git a flat and had my car towed there, they were about to close so they put my spare on for free and told me to come back in the morning for my new tire. I did just that they could have taken advantage of me but JD gave me options of prices and didn't try to push the highest tire. When I came back Mr. Lord honored the price JD had given me. I highly recommend this shop they are honest and entertaining 😄
